GoogleReally bad service I went 2 see a room for one of the people they make business with a chines man I went 2 see the room in the begging it was a bit silly guarantor after no guarantor anyways I was accepted Thursday last week Friday pay the deposit for them 2 removed the room from website 2 assured the room Saturday I do have a phone call and email saying that the man changed his mind where is a lie I know what's going on they gonna rent 2 Portuguese people that's the people who fox the property for the chines man anyway 5 days after I did my deposit back that's was good took a while but in the end they pay me back from the agency not a sorry or don't worry I'll look for other rooms I do work full time u see and this Portuguese people most are on benefits and what makes me laugh they got more benefits they we do but thanks 2 yeshua I did get my own room private landlord bit disappointed with agency now I know what happened they rent the rooms at girl who is om benefits her father works for the chines landlord

She has a huge caseload and yet somehow manages to make us feel like we're the only people she's dealing with. Would highly recommend

Great team; I’d recommend them anyone! Edit: The property management team have been very helpful; even in these trying times of the pandemic Paula was able to get a plumber out to the house. GoogleI have just sold my house with leaders southend I would highly recommend them I have high respect for David and James who were exceptional they helped me though all my paper work recommend a solicitor and even showed potential buyers round always on the other end of the phone when i needed help my home when I wasn't there I never had to do anything I can't recommend them enough I have also had a follow up call to see how I was doing I promise you would not be disappointed if you sold or Brought your property through leaders David and James are always there to help and easy to speak to Thank you both very happy with your services 😊 sue paget

GoogleWe have just been through our first home purchase experience with Leaders, Prittlewell, Southend. David & James have been outstanding from the start keeping us informed & helping us through the process. We have moved to a new county & there have been difficulties along the way, but they have both been so approachable & calmly put up with our emotions & occasional stress & we have had some giggles along the way too. Tony (the area manager) covered for a couple of days, due to staff holidays, right at the point we were about to pull out of the chain. He did everything possible to resolve the issue & Leaders found solutions to the issue & resolved everything. We are now enjoying our new home in Norfolk, thanks to the team - thank you Leaders!
