I had the best experience, My smoke dectector failed, So I emailed Leaders and was hugely lucky to get Joann Clarke, within two hours she has managed to contact my landlord and get Authorisation for the work to install a new smoke detector, But not only that she had managed to select a contractor to come and install it. Under two hours I have a new smoke detector installed and working. Joann again has proved why she is the best. Thank you Joann you are the only one I can rely on to get things done. Please can Leaders find 30 Joann's to look after the southend office then it will run smoothly for a change.

The lettings team went above and beyond when my family and myself were threatened with homelessness just before Christmas. Sophia made it her personal mission to make sure that we had everything we could to be able to provide us with an opportunity for a new home. She was extremely diligent, worked tirelessly and was able to navigate the multiple routes of red tape that would stop any normal renter in their tracks, a true show of knowledge and dedication. Max and Mica were also extremely helpful, and helped us in so many ways. Namely gave us a chance, I am on benefits due to chronic longterm sickness and it is hard to find anyone that will take a second look at you, let alone treat you like a human being, which this team did. They saw past the label and saw me (and my family) as more than just paper work. If you ever need help speak to these guys, they are one in a million and I will never stop singing their praises. Much like the other lady who left a review 5 days ago, please avoid this company as they give ethnics the run around as they are not bold enough to admit they do not like dealing with non-white people. Mica went from wanting to arrange a viewing to finding out my budget then systematically going through all their properties within my budget and put 'Let agreed' on all of them within a couple of hours. As though someone had contacted her after my call and defamed my character. Such was her change in behaviour. So much for Data Protection. It seems Mica will discuss customers with anybody that contacts her. Shameful behaviour in 2022. Full of lies and discrimination.

We just rented an amazing flat in Westcliff-on-sea through Leaders and I have to say that it has been a wonderful experience. Firstly, they are real professional and they know what are they doing, and on another hand, one of the things that for us it was more important is that they are a human team who really cares about you as a tenant. Just wanted to write and say how fantastic James Hepworth at Leaders Southend was with the whole house buying process. James and the Leaders team managed to negotiate a brilliant purchase on my new flat and James was extremely polite, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn’t be happier with all the work they did for me with regards to the purchase of my property. I would like to thank the whole team at Leaders for their first class work in managing my property. In particular Joann Clark who has been my main contact has at all times been outstanding, always going the extra mile to help and is someone who deals calmly and kindly with all situations that arise. I just bought a flat and the service was amazing. The whole way through the letting agent Kai was always by her phone and ready to answer any questions and solve any troubles we had. She was very quick to get a hold of and the process was 5 times quicker than other particular agents. I’m very disappointed with my experience with this leaders. Firstly when I moved out of a flat on Southend they force me to leave quickly so new people can get in. Then they demand that I give them my personal belongings and said that they came with the flat. Then to top it off they are making us pay for cleaning and ‘damages’ when we had to quickly clean before we left. Honestly I would not recommend them to anyone.

If your looking for an agency that's open to discussion in a depth that's goes as deep as your after then they must have agents that match and that IS exactly what I found as one of Leaders clients. I can call email or text or hand written note and with confidence ,know i WILL be heard and have their attention every time. A great atmosphere or can I say ambience when I walk and talk to James and Shane alike. They listen and communicate as if I'm sat indoors with friends with a very professional approach too. Ultimately I've probably made a couple if not more friends . Ever heard that with estate agents ? You have now. Always a warm reception and welcome here and you can put any relative forethought or concerns to them. Never once have I felt out.my depth or being led to an unknown scenario . All above board clear cut no hidden anything . Keep up the hard work guys n the team. Whilst Shane pours a morning fresh orange . James is already on his lunch break !! First taking out a flat with them: Really friendly and helpful, made the whole process for moving with them easy and clear. The person I dealt with personally Mica was very helpful indeed would definitely use them again! A year on: Since taking my tenancy out with leaders over a year ago they have been nothing but helpful, whenever I have issues Paula in the property management and the lettings team has always been quick to reply and helpful with any questions or problems that might crop up especially during the currently situation we all find ourselves in. All the initial queries were responded by Thomas very clearly and very quickly via phone calls, emails, and text messages. I have been dealing with this particular branch of Leaders for 14 years. Initially I rented a property through them and they were fantastic anything that came up was always dealt with promptly, I would also add it was my first time living on my own and they gave me such valuable advice on utility bills etc… I wouldn’t have had a clue without their help. Then I rented out a property through Leaders, they quickly found tenants and looked after all aspects of the rental. They offer great advice and support for Landlords. In particular Paula on the rental team is fantastic she works hard to look after both tenant and landlord she is a lovely lady to deal with and very professional. I would recommend using Leaders and would always use there services when renting. Thank you guys you are a great team
