GoogleWhen I was buying my flat the team at Leaders Southend were excellent. They answered any questions I had quickly and were really friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if I want to sell in the future they will be the first company I go to.

Right from the viewing of properties under these difficult times, to tenancy agreement to actually moving in. GoogleCannot thank Michael Mica and Tom enough for the amazing service we received when looking for a flat to rent. From start to finish they were all very professional and friendly and nothing was too mich trouble. For example after viewing and deciding on a property we needed the measutements for the alcoves amd Mica was happy to oblige. They all work so well as a team and kept us updated every step of the way from getting the references etc and finalising our move in date. First class service from a first class team. GoogleI recently started looking for a property as mine and my partner's first flat. With him currently working over seas I was managing it all by myself. Looking for a flat can be so stressful, especially when you don't know the area too well. I was very nervous going in that I would make the wrong choice or get something we didn't want. I got in touch with Michael from leaders Southend and the whole process was suddenly so much easier. Day one! I found the perfect spot! It meets all of our requirements and the office door is always open if you have any questions. The whole process has been explained and broken down so it's easy to comprehend so I know exactly what's going on and at what stage. We, thanks to Michael and the team at leaders are now looking forward to our next big adventure!

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Leaders Estate Agents for the 11 months, renting out one of local properties through them. The staff have always been extremely helpful, responsive, and have great communication skills / local knowledge. I deal with a lot of Estate Agents around the UK, and I highly rate Leaders Estate Agents. I must take this opportunity to thank Mica for all of her help through out the re-letting of the property, and would recommend anyone thinking about renting out their property to get in contact with her. GoogleI didn't decide to go with the flat that I viewed with Leaders, but wanted to write a review because of the help they gave us. The agent that showed us around, Mica, was super helpful - the nicest agent we've met so far - couldn't have done enough for us! As first time renters it was so important too - we had so many questions and now I feel totally comfortable with the process and what's required form both sides! Sorry we didn't take the property, but thanks so much Mica!

GoogleI would like to thank Louise, she was very helpful and reassuring during this difficult time. We had an issue with our bathroom taps and I was impressed how prompt she handled the situation. Also I must praise the plumber who replaced our taps, contracted by Leaders. On the day to fix the taps, we had no hot water! Oh no, Another problem! Yet they knew exactly the problem and fixed it immediately. 👍🏻PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI use to drive past Leaders to and from work each day so when I wanted an estate agent to help me sell my apartment, it was a no brainer for me to contact them. Ryan came round and we discussed the sale prices in the area and he gave me his honest opinion on what my home was worth and what it would sell for realistically. Happy with the price and the fee to go with multiple agents (I chose 3), my apartment went up for sale. It was sold in just over 2 weeks for full asking. I was totally shocked but oh so happy. I waited till I had sold before really looking at a new place to purchase. I felt this was the right option for me as it gives vendors the reassurance that now you’ve sold your place, you’re in a better position to buy. Ryan, Imdaad, and Lorraine were all fantastic. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. They were all available via email and phone. I also popped in during the sale of my apartment to see them in person. I couldn’t have done it without them. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again when I’m ready to move. They say buying/selling/moving is stressful but choosing the right estate agents makes one almighty difference. Ryan even offered to negotiate for me when I found properties I liked as I have no buying experience and didn’t know if other estate agents were bluffing with the asking price. Again-it’s thanks to him and his knowledge that I was able to find somewhere I liked. The process wasn’t quick like you see on tv. It took monthsssss. With me having to reduce my asking price for my buyer and issues I had with purchasing properties that weren’t as they seemed-I never thought I’d end up moving. I also want to thank the lovely intern-think her name is Amie or Abbey and the lovely James. You’re all great.

GoogleRenting through Leaders Southend has been a very smooth process. Our negotiator is Joshua Broadhurst who has been very easy to speak to and helpful. We had missed an appointment with a viewing however was Josh was able to facilitate another viewing within our time frame and this ended up with us being able to start the referencing procedure the same week. New to the No deposit option, Joshua had informed us in detail of what this entailed and for this I could not recommend Joshua more if I tried. I look forward to completing the transition over the next couple of weeks and collecting the keys to our new home. Thank You Leaders Southend.

GoogleHaving never sold a property before and being quite new to the concept , I was unsure as to what to do but the team at Leaders in Southend were very helpful and easy to work with. I found that my experience with them be it over the phone or in person was easy and their sales team were very supportive and accommodating to my needs. Overall experience; the sales process is very easy to set up, the team are friendly and trustworthy, the viewings are carried out professionally, regular check up calls and an influx of interest in my property due to the hard work of the sales team. Well that's a 10 out of 10 in my books. Thank you Leaders for all you have done for me in helping me sell my property.

I have had all my questions answered with impressive timing too. I feel completely at ease and am so happy that we have dealt with an agent who has been extremely helpful. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are reassured and happy every step of the way. Thank you Michael. I would also like to add that we have met Joshua at another property viewing. He was also very professional and was able to answer all our questions and help us decide if that property was right for us. Unfortunately it didn't meet our requirements otherwise I'm positive he would have continued to provide a service at the same standard as we have received from Michael as he had already demonstrated. No matter what agent you have you are in safe hands and you will feel supported all the way! Thank you Leaders!!

Unlike many other estate agents I have dealt with they were refreshingly non pushy and respectful and kept me up to date with clear verbal and email communications throughout the letting process. GoogleOur family recently moved over 200miles to leigh-on-Sea, and rented a propery through Tudor Estates and could'nt be happier that we did. This agency is a family run business and it shows in the friendy and helpful attitudes of everybody working there. Not knowing the area, the team at tudor took the time to offer help and advice on location, schools and transport links. I personaly have only ever rented in the past and this was by far the smoothest, painless signing yet! During the first week in the property we found there was a slight issue with the drains (an issue left behind by the previous occupiers). I called Tudor, and on the same day we had someone out to sort the problem. Big thanks to Eliane in rentals for making this as painless as it was, and we have to also thank David and Leslie for the location and school advice. AAA+++ guys! I know who im using when we buy!!!

GoogleLeaders (formerly Tudor) have been our letting agents for over 4 years and continues to retain that friendly family business feel. When we first acquired our rental property we were reluctant to pay out for management services which we thought we could provide ourselves but how wrong could we have been. For a relatively small fee, our letting has been hassle free, with much thanks to Louise, Joann and the team.

GoogleLeader was our management agent and helped our landlord get money out of us for work on a house we rented when we moved out that was never done as the house was sold to someone else even before we moved out. Seemed to go with what the landlords said and did really care what we had to say. Seems they are all about the landlords and not the tenants
