GoogleA great team, Jane Crosland really helped me when I sold houses previously - think Jane us sold 3 for me so far! And when I needed a place to rent for me and my dogs - She came through again. Nick sorted out my mortgage offer (just before the rates went up!) and the other members of the team have been great with the rental I was in and all of my purchases and sales over the years. Jane’s honesty and integrity has always been the reason I go back to Bairstow Eves time after time.

She worked extremely hard to make this happen for me, so credit where its due... she's brilliant. I can't reccomend this company or Katie in particular enough!!!

GoogleWhen l met Jane I instantly felt safe. She takes a lot of time to understand your needs and what you own. Jane loves her job and helping people get from A to B. If ever you want anyone on your side whether buying or selling it's Jane. I just wish I'd met her first she's an estate agent angel a real gem.

GoogleDan V., was amazing and provided some of the best service I have experienced in a long time. It is obvious that he cares about his clients and making sure that they do receive a great service. Great communication and very approachable as well. Really really good guy and is a great asset to the branch. Brief interaction with other members in the office was also very welcoming and pleasant. I would have no issue recommending the branch in the future.

GoogleHelped us find our rental home but have since failed to help with basic necessities such as security and safety. Cannot access front door easily, windows that don’t close unless you go out and push them shut, cooker that doesn’t work, paintwork from a leak( previous to us moving in still patchy damp and brown) washing machine leaky pipes , dead gas meter so cannot give reading to new supplier, and we’ve only been in for 17 days!! No one has sorted any issues yet, they were reported on day of moving in. Out of sight out of mind rings true here!

GoogleEarly in 2022 I had to make a quick decision regarding my flat as my mortgage term was coming to an end. As it was a leasehold I was warned the process could take a significantly longer time than normal. However, the sales staff assisted and supported me through the whole process, including filling out numerous forms and interpreting all the jargon within these. Donna, specifically was really helpful in the latter months by contacting all the third parties involved and chasing them up whenever necessary. Although the solicitor I had, proved slow and poor in communicating, the brilliance of the sales agents helped my stress levels during the process. It was such a relief to finally see an end to the sale.
