Once again bairstow eves have done it again, I’m extremely impressed by how well they work and such professionalism, I’d love to point out a particular person and that is Nikki Coll an outstanding person indeed could not be any happier with her , she has personally gone above and beyond to help us in anyway shape or form and for that I’m truly grateful. If you want an agent she’s perfect 👍🏻

The home buying process is long and frustrating, but Bairstow Eves were really helpful. Donna and Lucina ensured I was always kept updated, and went out of their way to resolve any issues that I encountered. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Avoid Bairstow Eve Letting Agents like the plague. They consistently underperformed, they forge contracts, they fail to meet basic standards, and left me feeling exploited and let down. Airbnb would be a better choice. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They're an absolute bunch of charlatans!! (you dumb letting agents can Google that)

First rate team, fantastic service! From Nikki C to Thomas O, I have been blown away by prompt excellent service. They went out of their way to help beyond the call of duty! I deal with a lot of estate agents but this is by far my best experience, and because of this I now approach Bairstow Eves first in other parts of the UK where I do business! Once again thank you guys!

I recently had a market valuation conducted by Jane. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative and had clearly done her market research on the local area I felt like I was in safe hands and that I had been given an extremely accurate valuation

One of the worst Estate agents how they have such good reviews is a miracle. I have been in the process of buying a house with Bairstow Eve's for some time and have had nothing but problems with there communication. You're lucky if they answer the phone and when they do they tell you the person you need is out of office and will call you back but never does.

Booked a viewing and when I got to the property, the tenant said one of them has COVID symptoms so they cancelled the viewing. However, the agent, Joanna, did not let me know at all! So she actually put me at risk to contact people with COVID symptoms during lockdown! This is truly unprofessional and unreliable. I will never work with this agency anymore.

Extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. Every time I have attempted to call them to book a property viewing I get sent straight to voicemail and they never respond to my emails. All other estate agents I have spoken to in the local area are much more responsive. Extremely disappointed by their lack of professionalism!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Moving to this area to rent a flat, found the perfect one from Bairstow Eves The whole transition was arranged by Jake and Dan who were very fast and professional. Jake sorted out a couple of minor problems but the whole deal was completed in less than two weeks ! Excellent service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
