GoogleDoesn't deserve one star to be honest! Has taken over a month to get a reference to move out and still haven't got it even though I have paid for it. Quick to take your money. And also I've had no hot water in my flat for 2 years!! Can you believe that, its against the law!! No contact with the landlord at all, I paid £420 maintenance fee. And no matter how many times I contact them they don't do anything and no maintenance has been received. Will be asking for my money back and taking the whole company to court.
