Jane went above and beyond to give our sale all of the bells and whistles. The floor plans included dimensions which is so important and the advert included photos, a 3D tour as well as a video. After 31 years in our family home we decided to make the move and down size. After having various agents around to value our family home with an incredible value range, Jane from Bairstows arrived through the front door. Janes research of the market and local area was 7 star, all though the starting value was not what you want to hear as we all think our homes are worth more than they are, Jane provided the suggested price, excellent photo package and home description. Once live on the market we sold within 5 days and had 3 offers to choose from, we had gone to market for one property only and all of the financial moving costs and targets for down sizing we achieved above our goals. Lucina and team for the management of the move and interface with the various solicitors, again was excellent service by the team. Always calling you back or by e:mail to keep you informed of all of the milestones, questions from buyers, nothing was too much trouble for them. As we was buying a property via Bairstows we elected to take the home moving package and the use of there recommended solicitor, again great service and from sale to moving in was a 14 week process. If you are looking to sell or buy from the team at Bairstows then please give them a call and for sure you will be very impressed I hope with the service and care that you will receive. Jane and the team are dedicated to making your property dreams work.

Lucina, Jane and all the team have all been incredibly helpful and supportive as they helped us in the purchase of our new home. Always replying immediately to any questions or concerns and sharing information as soon as they had obtained it from the sellers, solicitors and other parties in the chain. Lucina was very sensitive and compassionate at times that sometimes proved to be challenging with difficult timelines and helping to move things along smoothly and reduced our worries. I have had communications with Bairstows for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and so good at what they do. I moved recently and had no idea what to do at first but everybody there was so good and helped me with every step, ringing me with updates and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will forever be grateful for them for making something I'd dreaded doing for years, very straightforward and as stress free as possible. When I first met Jane I felt completely at ease and could talk to her as a person not as an estate agent. My husband and I are new to this country, and we struggled for a long time to find a home. We visited many letting agencies, but none of them were very helpful. One day, we decided to take a chance and visit Bairstow Eves Southend and that decision changed everything. From the very beginning, the team was unbelievably supportive. We first spoke with Nick, who carefully took our details and advised us on how to proceed with the application. He explained everything clearly and set everything up for us. Later, he introduced us to Sharna Greenfield, who was absolutely amazing. She showed us the property and managed every step of the process with great care and professionalism. As newcomers, we didn’t know much and often called her for even the smallest questions, but she was always kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She handled everything perfectly. After eight months of struggle, we finally moved into our new home. We are so grateful to Sharna, Nick, and the entire Bairstow Eves Southend team for making this possible. They truly are the best in the UK, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.
