GoogleWhen looking to move into the area, I met Callum on a property viewing, who was both incredibly knowledgeable regarding the local area and helpful with explaining the entire process from viewing through to application and move in. Im quite analytical when it comes to property viewings and callum was able to answer every question with honesty and great prowess, which ultimately made the whole experience of dealing with lettings agents much more relaxed and straightforward. It was certainly a much less rushed experience then what I have previously encountered with certain other agents in the area which really made me more inclined to go with Bairstoweves. After the intial viewing, he also went the extra mile to recommend other properties i hadnt yet considered which actually better suited my personal taste and needs. He genuinly listened and understood what i wanted and needed right from the very start. Id highly recommend callum to anyone looking for a new property!

GoogleAfter 31 years in our family home we decided to make the move and down size. After having various agents around to value our family home with an incredible value range, Jane from Bairstows arrived through the front door. Janes research of the market and local area was 7 star, all though the starting value was not what you want to hear as we all think our homes are worth more than they are, Jane provided the suggested price, excellent photo package and home description. Once live on the market we sold within 5 days and had 3 offers to choose from, we had gone to market for one property only and all of the financial moving costs and targets for down sizing we achieved above our goals. Lucina and team for the management of the move and interface with the various solicitors, again was excellent service by the team. Always calling you back or by e:mail to keep you informed of all of the milestones, questions from buyers, nothing was too much trouble for them. As we was buying a property via Bairstows we elected to take the home moving package and the use of there recommended solicitor, again great service and from sale to moving in was a 14 week process. If you are looking to sell or buy from the team at Bairstows then please give them a call and for sure you will be very impressed I hope with the service and care that you will receive. Jane and the team are dedicated to making your property dreams work.

GoogleLucina, Jane and all the team have all been incredibly helpful and supportive as they helped us in the purchase of our new home. Always replying immediately to any questions or concerns and sharing information as soon as they had obtained it from the sellers, solicitors and other parties in the chain. Lucina was very sensitive and compassionate at times that sometimes proved to be challenging with difficult timelines and helping to move things along smoothly and reduced our worries. I would definitely recommend Lucina and everyone at Bairstow Eves for their level of professionalism, kindness and support.

GoogleI have had communications with Bairstows for many years and have always found them to be extremely helpful, friendly and so good at what they do. I moved recently and had no idea what to do at first but everybody there was so good and helped me with every step, ringing me with updates and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will forever be grateful for them for making something I'd dreaded doing for years, very straightforward and as stress free as possible. When I first met Jane I felt completely at ease and could talk to her as a person not as an estate agent. She has been like a second mum to me, looking out for me and helping wherever possible at any time of day. Thank you so so so much! I totally recommend Bairstows and their wonderful staff. You will be in good hands with these guys!!!
