GoogleGreat company and great team. Viewed the place less than two weeks ago and now I am already moved and settled. Christine was my agent and she is an absolute gem. She was very very very helpful and most of the time was waiting on me, they're fast and straight to the point. Would recommend going through Bairstow Eves, you will regret it.

It has been a long and difficult time where I have experienced so many awful experiences at the hands of so called professionals but I can say whole heartedly that they have been so professional, consistent and supportive right to the end of the process and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and Bairstow eves.

Once agreed Lucina Bain kept us informed all the way who was visiting the house until a successful conclusion. GoogleWas a tenant for 3 years with Nikki and her team at Bairstow Eves Southend. After using the majority of other agents in the area and being very frustrated with the quality of communication and competence, this team is a breath of fresh air! Will go out of their ways to ensure things are done professionally and in an adequate time frame, incorporating a friendly personal manner. Couldn't ask for more in an estate agent.

My house sale became very complicated and stressfull for me, but i recieved such dedication and professional can do attitude, especially from Lucina, who went out of her way, many times to ensure my sale went through with as less stress as possible. GoogleI sold a flat through Bairstow Eves in Southend. I was impressed with the staff at how friendly, helpful and professional they were. I initially met Jane one of the Sales Negotiators then moved on to deal with Lucina the Assistant Branch Manager who was amazing, especially with communication. My only negative feedback was the conveyancing company they recommended I use at a 'discounted rate'. I was really disappointed at having to do most of the work and continually chase for responses. Finally despite completing over a week and a half ago, my documents have still not been received by the management company who will not close my account until they are received! Other than the above, I would be happy to use Bairstow Eves again but would almost certainly arrange my own conveyancers.
