After using the majority of other agents in the area and being very frustrated with the quality of communication and competence, this team is a breath of fresh air! Will go out of their ways to ensure things are done professionally and in an adequate time frame, incorporating a friendly personal manner. Couldn't ask for more in an estate agent.

I sold a flat through Bairstow Eves in Southend. I was impressed with the staff at how friendly, helpful and professional they were. I initially met Jane one of the Sales Negotiators then moved on to deal with Lucina the Assistant Branch Manager who was amazing, especially with communication. My only negative feedback was the conveyancing company they recommended I use at a 'discounted rate'. I was really disappointed at having to do most of the work and continually chase for responses. Finally despite completing over a week and a half ago, my documents have still not been received by the management company who will not close my account until they are received! Other than the above, I would be happy to use Bairstow Eves again but would almost certainly arrange my own conveyancers.

Absolutely excellent service. My flat had been rented to the same tenant for 11 years and needed extensive refurbishment before being marketable again. The team managed to find a very qualified local tradesman to handle all the repair work and secure a new tenant within days after the works got completed, with a 50% increase in rent. Process coordination was super smooth and the IT tools worked very well. Definitely one of the best agencies I have ever dealt with.
