Highly recommended!! I had a fantastic experience with these agents at Bairstow Eves! Samantha (Sam) was incredibly helpful with organising the viewing and very thorough whilst showing us the property. She made our move stress free and was always there to take my calls and questions. What a fantastic company. Had no problems whatsoever, they made our transition into our new home as smooth as possible. In particular, Katie Howard was amazing. Early in 2022 I had to make a quick decision regarding my flat as my mortgage term was coming to an end. As it was a leasehold I was warned the process could take a significantly longer time than normal. However, the sales staff assisted and supported me through the whole process, including filling out numerous forms and interpreting all the jargon within these. Donna, specifically was really helpful in the latter months by contacting all the third parties involved and chasing them up whenever necessary. Although the solicitor I had, proved slow and poor in communicating, the brilliance of the sales agents helped my stress levels during the process. It was such a relief to finally see an end to the sale.
