I cannot thank the team in the Southend branch enough for their help and understanding for the two years I lived in a property that they managed. I was treated the way they would like to be treated. They fought my corner with the Landlord when it was necessary and I was at my wits’ end. Now I have moved out, Rebecca Mulligan was relentless and did everything she could to ensure that I got my deposit refund. She kept me updated at all times. Wishing you guys all the best.

Great service from Thomas and the team who have been professional and friendly from the start. Would have been 5 stars but had some minor annoyances apon moving in like waiting for a fob and passes to the car park, flat not cleaned before moving in and broken washing machine so I can’t give a ‘perfect score’. Thomas however has been incredibly helpful apon hearing of the issues and always keeps us updated on progress! Thanks Tom for all your help. Would 100% recommend.

I sold a flat through Bairstow Eves in Southend. I was impressed with the staff at how friendly, helpful and professional they were. I initially met Jane one of the Sales Negotiators then moved on to deal with Lucina the Assistant Branch Manager who was amazing, especially with communication. My only negative feedback was the conveyancing company they recommended I use at a 'discounted rate'. I was really disappointed at having to do most of the work and continually chase for responses. Finally despite completing over a week and a half ago, my documents have still not been received by the management company who will not close my account until they are received! Other than the above, I would be happy to use Bairstow Eves again but would almost certainly arrange my own conveyancers.
