The sale process was complicated and long however  Lucina's team has always worked hard to solve all the issues in a timely manner and keep me up to date all the time about the sale progress . THANK YOU Lucina, Shaun and Donna to help me purchase my first dream home ! I really recommend them.

Me and my friend are becoming new tenants with Bairstow Eves and they have been very professional and polite. Rob was our estate agent and he has been very helpful and has kept us up to date with all of the required information and has helped us as much as he can. Recently purchased a house through Bairstow Eves and was very impressed with how it went. We got regular updates (thank you Donna) and the sale went through very smoothly considering we was in a chain. Would definitely buy with Bairstow again

Absolutely excellent service. My flat had been rented to the same tenant for 11 years and needed extensive refurbishment before being marketable again. The team managed to find a very qualified local tradesman to handle all the repair work and secure a new tenant within days after the works got completed, with a 50% increase in rent. Process coordination was super smooth and the IT tools worked very well. Definitely one of the best agencies I have ever dealt with.

So helpful In helping us find a flat to rent which allowed us to have a dog and cat. Nikki and the team have been so helpful with everything to the point they took time out of their day to do the garden which was in a state due to other tenants throwing rubbish out and cleared it up completely. Friendly and really helpful, Thank you

TERRIBLE customer service. This one lady 'Lucina Sherlock' was extremely rude and was not doing her job properly whatsoever. I recommend you guys to talk to someone named 'Jad', he was very friendly and he's professional and is very good at his job. He's Young by age but he speaks like a proper adult. I advise you to ask for someone else other than Lucina. I would give her 0 stars if i was able to.

Then he supported us through the process of competing, he provided excellent customer service - felt supported and valued throughout. He went above and beyond to ensure we was satisfied.
