Early in 2022 I had to make a quick decision regarding my flat as my mortgage term was coming to an end. As it was a leasehold I was warned the process could take a significantly longer time than normal. However, the sales staff assisted and supported me through the whole process, including filling out numerous forms and interpreting all the jargon within these. Donna, specifically was really helpful in the latter months by contacting all the third parties involved and chasing them up whenever necessary. Although the solicitor I had, proved slow and poor in communicating, the brilliance of the sales agents helped my stress levels during the process. It was such a relief to finally see an end to the sale.

Bairstow Eves have been great! Their advertising of our flat and photographs looked great and very professional. We have just bought and sold through Bairstow Eves and the sales progressors have been amazing throughout. Lucina Sherlock in particular has been incredible - she has been responsive, on top of everything, knowledgeable and has worked so hard to progress both our sale and purchase. We are moving in before Christmas as we wanted and this couldn’t have been done without Lucina and the Bairstow Eves team! Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with Bairstow especially Samantha who listened to what we was looking for and found us an amazing property that met all our needs including my obsetion with bungalows. Though the fees were a little higher we had good communication throughout and a quick turn around and move date within a month!!
