Purchased our first home through them and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air, we saw Dean the mortgage consultant they have in branch after a few recommendations and hearing great things, well what can I say Dean held our hand through the whole process and made sure we understood, being first time buyers this was very important to us as there is so much different information out there, he was very patient even if I did ask him the same question a few times! The cherry on top was the £1000 cash back he got for us which helped cover our solicitor fee. Thank you to the team for putting up with us being the panicking buyers, your professionalism and guidance was definitely much appreciated, I am sure you will never forget us!

Bairstow Eves were a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our house. They managed the process as quickly and efficiently as possible, often liaising directly with our solicitor, structural engineer and mortgage broker on our behalf - apparently buying a house is one of the most stressful things to do, I think ours was a fairly straight forward sale but I definitely think it was made easier by the team we had supporting the sale.
