GoogleI use the Southchurch branch to find tenants for my flat in Southend, after experiencing bad and unprofessional agencies in the past. This branch of Bairstoweves is very competent and totally professional. They found me tenants very quickly and I have been totally satisfied with these tenants. I will certainly use this branch again and I should like to thank Nikki for all her help.

GoogleAfter prolonged and terrible experience with one of Southend letting agencies, we’ve been looking for a last minute miracle to rent a property in this area. Bairstow Eves appeared on Google as one of the best rated ones. They definitely proved 5 star service and professional approach in every way. Considering our very specific needs Thomas suggested the right property and landlord for us, very clearly explained all info needed and arranged everything to be proceeded smoothly without delays in short period of time. We cannot be more thankful and would 100% recommend this agency to anyone.

GoogleI found the staff at Bairstow Eves extremely professional and helpful and they weren't even my Estate Agents but the Agent for the people we were buying from. I don't want to single anyone out as all the staff were particularly helpful but Donna rang me every week to give me a heads up on how the move was progressing and she kept me sane in the difficult periods, that you always get whilst moving house. 5 stars for a professional friendly service.

GoogleExtremely professional staff, who are available almost immediately when you need their help or advice, completely puts your mind at ease. Excellently managed property which the staff made the application phase for very smooth and straight forward. I was all moved in within 4 weeks of viewing the property. Would highly recommend using Bairstow Eves southchurch for moving home. Thomas there was my property “officer” for the viewing and application process and he was extremely professional, helpful and made the process so easy.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Over priced service for finding a tenant they are about £150-£200 more than the other agents in the area. A catalog of errors from in correct bank details, incorrect paperwork wasted trips to their office when paperwork wasn’t ready and sending arrears letters to my tenant unnecessarily. Fobbed off regarding my complaint and failed even then to come back to me with an Explanation twice. Save yourself the grief find another agent .

Googlecomplained about a tap that sprays everywhere over 2 months ago...still not fixed... complained about a door that fell off....over 2 months not fixed. washing machine broken for the second time... over a week and not heard anything! yet when they increase the price of the rent they are on the ball to make sure they ring you. Since moving in my place 4 years ago i have so many issues with bairstow eves! avoid like the plague!

GoogleFirst rate team, fantastic service! From Nikki C to Thomas O, I have been blown away by prompt excellent service. They went out of their way to help beyond the call of duty! I deal with a lot of estate agents but this is by far my best experience, and because of this I now approach Bairstow Eves first in other parts of the UK where I do business! GoogleAvoid Bairstow Eve Letting Agents like the plague. They consistently underperformed, they forge contracts, they fail to meet basic standards, and left me feeling exploited and let down. Airbnb would be a better choice. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They're an absolute bunch of charlatans!! (you dumb letting agents can Google that)
