GoogleThe Staff have all been very helpful and professional throughout the process of selling our house and thanks to them we found the right buyer they deserve praise as we had a couple of problems and they sorted them out for us and in two weeks we are on our way to our new home

GoogleNo one calls you back no one responds to emails they are late to appointments, just a shabby agency and very very expensive, 1st June no more agency fees no more over charging for no work. Will be looking to use different agency after trying and trying with this lot to see some property’s

GoogleSelling my late brothers flat during these unpresidented times was a difficult challenge. The staff at Bairstow Eves were always there, undertook the viewings, kept me informed at all times and took on the challenges of a very obstructive (unamed) agency. GoogleExcellent service by jake, highly recommended as a tenant! Polite and lovely guy, understanding thay busy with work so gave me plenty of time. I didn't end up taking the property in a strange twist of events, and jake was a true gentleman. Hope our paths cross again!

GoogleDoesn't deserve one star to be honest! Has taken over a month to get a reference to move out and still haven't got it even though I have paid for it. Quick to take your money. And also I've had no hot water in my flat for 2 years!! Can you believe that, its against the law!! No contact with the landlord at all, I paid £420 maintenance fee. And no matter how many times I contact them they don't do anything and no maintenance has been received. Will be asking for my money back and taking the whole company to court.
