GoogleOne of the worst Estate agents how they have such good reviews is a miracle. I have been in the process of buying a house with Bairstow Eve's for some time and have had nothing but problems with there communication. You're lucky if they answer the phone and when they do they tell you the person you need is out of office and will call you back but never does.

GoogleBooked a viewing and when I got to the property, the tenant said one of them has COVID symptoms so they cancelled the viewing. However, the agent, Joanna, did not let me know at all! So she actually put me at risk to contact people with COVID symptoms during lockdown! This is truly unprofessional and unreliable. I will never work with this agency anymore.

GoogleExcellent and friendly service from the start. Helpful advice, clear pricing, enthusiasm and support. Always kept us informed of what was happening and nothing was too much trouble. GoogleExtremely unhelpful and uncooperative. Every time I have attempted to call them to book a property viewing I get sent straight to voicemail and they never respond to my emails. GoogleAfter a very pleasant, helpful and positive initial telephone conversation with this office and subsequent text, there has been no further contact despite leaving multiple answerphone messages asking for a call just to clarify the situation. I am disappointed at this lack of response and in view of this would not consider this company for any future valuation/sale.
