GoogleI have rented through Ayers & Cruiks for over 12 years and have just signed up to another, smaller property as we needed to downsize. The process was very easy and staff go the extra mile to make the transition a smooth one. The ‘fixflo’ system for reporting repairs that need attention is a good one, seeing familiar maintenance people is also a bonus as you build a good working/ trusting relationship with people coming into your home.

GoogleDeceitful management that only care about themselves and not their conduct. Went into their office in southend to complain and the woman said I was being aggressive. I wasnt being aggressive. She was just minimising me because she, like her organisation is incompetent by my experience.

GoogleEverybody here was very helpful and friendly during the whole process of finding me a home. Emma and jo were particularly helpful and never got fed up of me calling the office to ask for help with things. ! (Which I still do) and they are always happy to give advice or help or a friendly ear when they can .

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service, I've never experienced such a pathetic letting service. We were told the apartment is immediately available, but we're only allowed to move in a month later! They are extremely slow to perform any and all services, and do not provide you with feedback or an update - you have to continously phone and email them the whole time to find out if your checks were approved, and continuously ask when are getting the contract, when can you move in, what is the status of the application. Basically you're doing half of their job. They couldn't answer half of the questions and requests regarding the property Complete waste of time - do not waste your time and money, avoid them if possible!

Awful letting agents. They only want your money and an easy life. I rent a retail premises from Ayers & Cruiks and they make no contact regarding changes or any information at all. They are rude and aggressive and do not inform your landlord when requested. Do not lease your property through this company as you will be paying money for zero effort on their part.

One of the worst and inept staff to deal with regarding lettings ,keep fobbing people off and the lady in the office Anna very rude phone manner .The lady landlord who owns estate office Pitsea should reconsider having these guys manage her letting dreadful service and if you don't call them they certainly won't call you
