GoogleI have used Ayers and Cruiks to manage the letting of a residential property for nearly 4 years. They have been quick and pragmatic to resolve any issues that have arisen with the property without involving myself as I originally requested, they carry out regular inspections and clearly are professional in the lettings service they provide. They were recommended to me and i certainly recommend them to you.

GoogleCompared to the majority of other letting agents I have tried speaking with, Ayers & Cruicks, specifically Emma, Jo and Nick have been very polite, responsive and helpful. A pleasure to deal with for my rental property. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI live within one of the residential blocks Ayers & Cruiks 'manage' and my experience has been terrible. Every issue reported, i'm met with arrogance & unjustifiable reasons not to get necessary works done. Any call back or follow up on works in non-existent, leaving tenants confused and annoyed with outstanding works. Very poor customer/ management service.
