GoogleDon't use them. They make you pay survey fee and yet sell the property to someone else. You end up paying solicitor fees and survey and broker fees over and over again because the property you are buying from this agent has been sold right under your feet. Be safe don't use this agent. They lie and keep you hanging on until your mortgage is over

GoogleA very quick turn around on the property we rented, yes there were a few issues like property wasn't cleaned before moving in, our landlord leaving a bunch of old stuff and not checking things worked correctly but this was of no fault to the letting agent, more the landlord, as they can't be expected to know every inch of the place, easily corrected with their help though and they've been in constant contact with us to ensure everything is working and we're settling in well, highly recommend them and their service.

GoogleWe had to go to the appeal body to get our deposit returned. They didn't provide proof for their claim so we won on most counts. We reported issues with the flat we rented in April and nothing happened. Our complaints went unheard although my partner believed they listened to me more than her. Not sure if it's their fault but the landlord gave us verbal consent to put up a curtain pole. They charged us for the fitting and as we didn't have it in writing we had to pay for it. One final advice for renters try get them to visit when you leave. They didn't with us despite giving plenty of notice. GoogleI can't recommend 1st call enough, we have worked with them for the last 8 years or so. You will be hard pushed to find someone who knows more about lettings and the local market than Richard and this feeds down to the whole team. Having visited (as a contractor) most of their properties I can say it is rare to hear of tenants who as as happy with their agents as 1st calls are. From a maintenance perspective they are second to none and their efficiency in organising work and ensuring Landlords are legally compliant is excellent. We would gladly recommend 1st Call to anyone looking to sell or rent out their property. Sam-SG Electrics

GoogleI have been using first call sales and lettings for years now, I purchased my property through them and rent it out through them too. As with most companies I expected initial first class services then a lapse.Not with first call! They are so on the ball it’s untrue, any issues or problems are dealt with quickly and extremely efficiently, they are competitively priced and I always feel valued as a customer. Keep up the great work! We love you ( as do our tenants!) x

GoogleI've been renting via 1st call now for just under 6 months, I would definitely recommend them for any one looking to find a rental property or even buy or sell there property, from start to finish of my application all the staff were more than helpful and managed to get me my lovely flat sorted asap, After experiencing some minor wear and tear issues at the flat they were rectified very quickly from there appointed tradesmen who did a great job. Thanks again to Benjamin who helped me secure the flat last year and Vicky and ben on the property maintenance team have been fantastic and always so helpful. (Highly recommend to contact 1st call)

GoogleI received excellent service and support from Richard. From engaging 1st Call Sales & Lettings to find a tenant for my property, to the first viewing, was less than 2 hours. I was given updates as the letting checks were carried out, which was great. I will definitely be using 1st Call again for other properties in my portfolio and highly recommend them.
