GoogleWhat I have experinced during our application for a rentable house, was continuous communication and coverage. I have found 1stCall really helpful and friendly. Our letting negotiator Ben considered our personal situation and we have been treated like we are really important clients. Everytime we came on a snag regarding our references he offered other options, considering the actual situation. I would highly recommend 1st Call Property to anyone.

I receive detailed reports and photos from visits, competitive quotes for works to be completed and guidance with the legalities of being a landlord. I highly receommend them as a letting agent.

I had many questions, all of which were always answered promptly and I really felt guided through the whole process. I would highly recommend this company and feel that this is the standard that all estate agents to strive to.

FacebookWe have had multiple viewings with Max and he is the most helpful lettings negotiator I have dealt with. Going above and beyond to make sure we knew every little detail going forward, put himself out and is genuinely a really nice guy. I hope we can deal with Max in the upcoming years because he is a credit to 1st call lettings!!
