GoogleThe agent that helped me through the process of renting was Ben. He was a massive help and was very efficient in ensuring certain aspects were complete. Replies over email we’re very speedy which I loved and made the whole process of renting my first flat an easy task to do. Very helpful highly recommend using this agency lovely staff there. Tours for the property were quick and informative.

GoogleI can’t rate 1st Call highly enough. Every single person I’ve ever had dealings with has always been friendly, helpful, understanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Their phones never go unanswered and my emails are always promptly acknowledged. I mainly deal with Vicky now and she’s amazing. Nothing ever seems a bother and she has always gone above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

GoogleHi Guys. I am a Landlord in the Southend Area and am very familiar with the services of First Call having dealt with them before. Quite recently I instructed Richard Glanville the Manager at the Southend Branch to organise the letting of one of my properties that had recently been extensively refurbished. My criteria was extremely strict and rather pedantic at times BUT my intructions were adhered to and the property was let within two working weeks! Too many times the word " professional " is used without meaning but please let me say they were professional by listening and acting in a swift and meticulous manner. As a landlord time is money and these guys step up to the plate and I compliment the whole team on their services and especially their MD Daniel Chambers who I have known since he started the company and continues to maintain the very high standards which forms the basis of his company today....THANK YOU!

GoogleIn my dealings with 1st call, I have found them to be friendly, extremely helpful and polite. Unlike other estate agents, they actually listened to my requirements & I felt like they genuinely wanted to find my perfect property (rather than just seeing me as a giant '£' & throwing me at the first property to hand) - It's quite a refreshing experience to be treated as a human while hunting for a new home. I found their honesty & professionalism exemplary. All in all I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided, and thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleAfter using First Call Sales and Lettings Southend to rent a property, we had various very serious issues (one being a major gas leak that should have been noticed before keys were given to us and forcing British Gas to close all gas supply for 4 days). We found during our tenancy very difficult to deal with this agent and it seems they had problems dealing with our Landlord. We would definitely not recommend the company to anyone.

GoogleFantastic knowledgeable extremely helpful staff. Couldn't wish for better. My first choice for estate agents now. Fast replies to emails and texts messages. Rob from here, Woodgrange Drive, provides one of the best services I've ever known and I've dealt with a few estate agents.
