GoogleRecently went through 1st Lettings to get a rental property and everything was quick and easy. Ben Buchholz was dealing with the property we were looking at and he was really helpful, transparent when needed, and always kept us in the loop. Would highly recommend!

GoogleOur experience with Gillian Thompson, has always been an efficient one. She is extremely organised and keeps us up to date of changes effectively, which is just what you need. GoogleI have been renting a property for nearly 7 years and this has been managed by 1st call on woodgrange drive. Through my time I have been spoken down too in a patronising manner by Richard who is the manager and he has done nothing to help. I have had flat inspections and when asked to have a copy of the inspections they won’t provide saying it’s for the landlord only. They will not provide me with copies of repairs that have needed doing and anything that has been picked up on the inspection no action has come from this. They are so un helpful and don’t care about tenants. I do not trust them and neither should you if renting (wouldn’t for buying either) stay clear from these cowboys who I’m sure do not document or record correctly .

GoogleCouldn’t praise Ben at 1st call enough for his assistance with a rental. Viewing was arranged promptly, and all questions along the way have been dealt with swiftly and professionally. Really refreshing to deal with such an organised and friendly agent.

GoogleI only dealt with Ben but out of the 12 estate agents I dealt with he was by far the most helpful. He was very friendly and extremely proactive, always notifying me as soon as a property became available. During such a stressfull time all estate agents could take a few tips from this young man. Thanks Ben :)

Google1st Call agency saved my life:) It was very hard to find a rent in this time. But 1st Call agency helped my family to move in very beautiful and comfortable flat! Ben in 1st Call is so professional and considerate!! We are very very appreciate all what this agency has done and still doing for us! When some issues is happened or we have a question Vicky very quickly solves it and provides useful answers. I would say it is best agency with which I came across))) Wish all the best to you guys!!💕

GoogleI have been a tennant with 1st Call for nearly 5 years and have found them to be very professional but still treat tennants as valued customers. If ever I have an issue they are extremely quick to respond and resolve.
