GoogleBased on my experience with other letting agents, 1st call is so quick and supportive. They really got a great team. Gill is an absolute star. She is very responsive and helpful. Jason is proactive and friendly. My shame, I'm not able to continue with them now, but I will definitely recommend them.

GoogleA fantastic estate agents. At a time of worry these guys were there to help and reassure. From the moment of stepping into the office to being handed my keys they have all been fantastic. There was times I had loads of questions but not once was I made to feel I was a hindrance. I would highly recommend.

GoogleJess was amazing responding to our reports and getting things fixed as soon as possible. She also followed up to check when things were done and that we were happy with the work. One thing to note, she never made us feel like were bothersome or that any breakages/breakdowns could be our fault. Thanks Jess.

GoogleI viewed some flats for rental on behalf of a friend, and was so impressed with 1st Call from start to finish. I dealt with Ben, and from my first phone call I was impressed with his efficiency and excellent communication with me. Ben arranged several flat viewings in a very short space of time for my friend, who only had a limited time to view, as he’s not from the area. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben, and we felt like we were getting a really personal and first class service. We liked the fact we only ever dealt with Ben, and he always got back to us very promptly. We found a flat both my friend and I were happy with, and everything was tied up within a week, references and everything. My friend will now be moving out of London, and starting a new life in Southend with his young family thanks to Ben and 1st Call. Can’t rate them enough!

GoogleI’ve been a tenant in my property for 4 years now. Following a routine inspection, Jess identified that the front door was badly fitted and organised with my landlord for it to be replaced, I didn’t even have to ask! I now have a lovely draught free and warm home, thank you Jess!

GoogleExcellent service. This is the second time we have dealt with Ist Call, previously when buying our property a little while ago and now when selling it. Excellent service was provided both time. I would highly recomend Rob and Stewart who we have dealt with for the sale. They were always very happy to answer questions we had and helpful when it came to dealing with the buyers. Communiation was always very quick and I understand from my solicitor they have been very active in moving the sale along. I wouldn't hesitate to insturct them again in the future. Keep up the good work.

GoogleI live in South Africa and had a short time in the UK to purchase a property to let. After being frustrated by several other agents I contacted Rob Crowe at 1st Call and he understood immediately what I needed. He found me two properties which I purchased and then gave me excellent advice and assistance during the process with which I was completely unfamiliar. If I contacted him 5 times in a day for help it was never too much. Once I had the flats, Richard Granville of the 1st Call letting division took over. I was back in S A and he found tenants, cleared them, gave me advice about my tax and insurance. I am kept in the know by Richard and his team at all times. They have sorted out maintenance and repairs. I receive statements monthly. They have been absolutely wonderful and professional.

Friendly, communicative and always on the ball, it's been a great experience knowing we've had such superb agents at the helm. Having dealt with quite a few agents throughout the process, I can say with all honesty that 1st Call have been and are by far the best agents we've had the pleasure of dealing with.
