Extremely inefficient and inattentive. Staff have not recorded correct information of myself and my partner causing us the delay in processing our application. The agent who showed us the place doesn't know what she was trying to sell at all and the customer service over the phone is always appalling! Slow to get back to you with any information, and just generally bad. Wouldn't want anyone to go through experiencing their "customer service", you will regret it.

They have looked after my property for 3 years now and have done a fantastic job, they have always kept me informed regarding my contract, tenants etc, I am very happy with the service that I have received from them, the staff are so caring and lovely. "Currently renting via..."

Currently renting via Northwood but I won't be again after my tenancy runs out. A whole list of issues when we first moved in, which were listed on the inventory, that Northwoods completely ignored and took over a month to get resolved. The most recent issue is a broken radiator which again has taken a month for Northwood to do anything about as they "didn't want to bother the landlord" while I'm sat in my living room wearing a huge coat trying not to freeze. after all it is NOVEMBER. Overall very 'half arsed' attitude when you have problems but straight on the case when rent is due. DO NOT USE NORTHWOOD

I agree with others that staff seem friendly biggest let down is the fact that they are renting out property's that are filled with damp and other issues that have been going on for years that landlord and northwoods are aware of but do not tell possible tenants about then when tenant finds out refuse to help in any way causing tenant to have to end tenancy early due to property being in no fit state to live in but nortwoods 're post to 're rent as soon as tenant moves out with out any work being completed to amend rising damp and all other major issues will not be recommended northwoods to any friend or family member looking for somewhere new to live

From initial phone call with Kieran, viewing with Jemma, admin with Mandy and Kayleigh I found Northwood to be professional and friendly. They have thank you cards in the window of the office and I understand why. I was pleasantly surprised with how efficient they are. Ive often found agents to be endured rather than celebrated but Northwood have changed my mind. Thank You. Jan 2018 update. After a really bad experience with mann and countrywide i found a flat with Northwood. From start to finish they were fantastic, any problems they would be on to my landlord straight away. After renting with them for 3 years i have now brought my own house, checkout was done straightaway and depoist was back after a week which is a massive relief seeing as mann took a month. Thankyou Northwood for regaining my trust with lettings after a bad experinece and your support the last 3 years.

I know they are a company trying to make money but that is all they care about! They do not give a flying f##k about their customers. They put the phone down when they don't like what they hear... they lie and manipulate people to get what they want! And as for Kieran.... WOW. Meant to be a managing director but I don't actually think he knows his left from right!!!! They are so professional that they even sit there and make up fake google profiles to give themselves a good review!! And also to push the bad reviews further down! USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
