After a really bad experience with mann and countrywide i found a flat with Northwood. From start to finish they were fantastic, any problems they would be on to my landlord straight away. After renting with them for 3 years i have now brought my own house, checkout was done straightaway and depoist was back after a week which is a massive relief seeing as mann took a month. Thankyou Northwood for regaining my trust with lettings after a bad experinece and your support the last 3 years.

If I could give zero stars I would. They are beyond awful. Only rent from these people if the next option is a park bench. Far too many issues to go into and really dont care about the tenants.

WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT USE NORTHWOOD I have never came across such an unprofessional company in my life... I have had nothing but trouble since day one. I know they are a company trying to make money but that is all they care about! They do not give a flying f##k about their customers. They put the phone down when they don't like what they hear... they lie and manipulate people to get what they want! And as for Kieran.... WOW. Meant to be a managing director but I don't actually think he knows his left from right!!!! They are so professional that they even sit there and make up fake google profiles to give themselves a good review!! And also to push the bad reviews further down! USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Initially, seemed to be a reputable company, however, Massively ripping off my deposit, to renovate and paint the property at my expense, ignoring the fact that notmal wear and tear could affect the property. Even though, its been cleaned up to scratch before the end of my tenancy. Please beware, and ensure that your deposit is protected by an approved scheme before signing any contract

They may be nice people but it always TAKES AGES TO FIX STUFF < wont do anything until you actually visit them 5 times and go mad ape - always finding excuses. Lied to us (tenants) way too many times "your carpets will be changed before you move in" "walls will be painted over before you move in" "bathroom will be fixed soon" etc. etc.

Pathetic service and no communication at all tuck 2 months to get back my deposit. Claiming we have to pay towards painting property when lived there 6 yrs. Do not use this company. And House we rented had illegal wiring. Mold must I go on infact it should not have been rented out!
