GoogleOverall Northwood have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. From my initial conservations with Jack, the Assistant Branch Manager, through to Amanda, the Senior Administrator, I have been exceptionally impressed with how extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative they both have been. Amanda in particular, has supported us with all aspects of our application and referencing and honestly I can't thank her enough! You are both a credit to the company.

GoogleI Have had alot of bad experience with estate agents in the past, HOWEVER, Northwoods are FANTASTIC, Mandy our estate agent was very afficiant, friendly and professional, within a matter of days our property was ours and finalised, with constant updates, and reassurance everything was going smoothly, all referencing was done and chased up in one day, all our requests were sorted, she couldnt be more helpful and supportive, complete stress free experience considering we only had a few weeks to find a property, we could not be happier with this service, We highly recommend Northwoods.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleNorthwood are an absolutely appalling letting agents. They looked after two of my properties in Southampton which were transferred from a previous estate agents and it was a nightmare from day one. They never paid my rent on time and I had to constantly chase and was always lied to and excuses all the time - I think this was to cover up cash flow problems. I am now thankfully with another letting agents who pay my rent on time every month and are pleasant to deal with. Do not use Northwood if you dont have to!

Travelling from overseas back to the UK I found Northwood Southampton to be the best Agent to deal with, others did not bother to return calls on various properties that were available and whilst I appreciate we are in this difficult time with no face to face viewing etc.. taking place but communication is key. Mandy from Northwood is such a professional agent and definitely an asset to her company, she always returned my calls, sorted out any issues and put my mind at ease every step of the way. I would DEFINITELY recommend Northwood Southampton. Also a mention to James who was helpful with the initial viewing video and various negotiating messages back and forth.

GoogleI recently rented a flat through Northwood and they were very efficient and quick. Amanda, the admin person, was very prompt in her response and finished the reference checks with the other documentation quite quickly, so I was not left wondering. Excellent service.

GoogleAwful service. They seemed really good at first with the viewings, however they could learn a thing or to about customers service. We had to chase them to get addresses for viewings and they never seemed to talk to each other in the office, giving us different information. When we put an offer in we didn't have any confirmation or update about it. When we called to enquire we were then lied to about it being let as we were told the property was not going to be ready until the end of October but if we wanted to up the offer they would happily send the paperwork ove. After two weeks we were told it was let but only after again we has to chase. There was no offer to show us anything else. If I'm honest I think we dodged a bullet as if this is the service they provide before you rent from them I can't imagine what it is like when they manage a property and you have problems.
