I was recently asked by my son to be a guarantor for a flat he will rent with his girlfriend soon. Throughout a difficult process during an upsetting time due to a bereavement Northwood has been so helpful. This is especially true of Amanda. She is so practical, patient, caring and calm - all of these qualities have made the period we are experiencing at the moment easier to cope with. We're so glad our son chose a property on Northwood's books. We would recommend the company to tenants and new landlords.
