I have gone through renting a property using Northwoods and dealt with two staff members there. Amanda on the phone she is absolutely fantastic and is very helpful and was always quick at responding to emails and calling me back. She was showed a lot of empathy as I was dealing with a tricky situation. The other staff member was kelly, she showed me round the property and was very professional and a really nice person. I've had a great experience with Northwood, starting from the viewing with Jack Clothier. He's been helpful, thorough in showing me the flat and patient in answering all my questions. He and Amanda Bevan were also great with communication, and made the renting process as smooth as possible despite me being literally at the other side of the world when documentation had to be submitted. I have rented out my flat via the guaranteed rental scheme for nearly 20 years. The scheme is excellent for giving you that peace of mind and that everything is taken care of. It has been pretty much smooth sailing for the large part up till fairly recently! I was thrown a big issue with a leak at the flat which has caused fairly significant damage. All I can say is an absolute heartfelt thank you to Emma who has been taking care of and dealing with my insurance claim handling.
