The service I received from Morris Dibben in Woolston was simply outstanding! The staff are extremely helpful and they’ve always made me feel valued. What makes Morris Dibben stand out a lot more than other estate agents is regular communication. I am constantly updated with what has been happening either via text message or telephone so I know exactly what’s going on at all times. Their new team is very kind and understanding, I know my concerns and needs are being taken seriously, and whilst they haven’t always been able to help me, I know they’ve done what they can to help. I would definitely recommend this branch and I’d like to thank them very much for providing excellent customer service. 5/5

We started looking for a rental home with low expectations given the fact we had a dog and we were familiar with the market and have been rejected before. But these low expectations were turned into high hopes by Rose from Morris Dibben (Woolston office). She made every step of the process feel comfortable and even enjoyable, starting from the viewing day to her sending us the tenancy agreement. An absolutely dreadful company. I would happily give them a minus rating if it was possible. Happily left us with a malfunctioning boiler for over 18 months, meaning the heating was either fully on or fully off, & no hot water whatsoever except from the electric shower. It took a formal complaint to their head office & the threat of legal action for the boiler to finally be replaced - 18 months & one day after it was first reported to them. And that wasn't a one-off... The metal garden shed blew over & it took them a staggering 3 months, endless chasing & including it in the complaint to head office to have it sorted out. They don't care one jot about tenants & are only their to serve the landlords they take their commission from. Zero care, zero compassion, zero interest. An absolute disgrace. I would rather be homeless than use this company again. Use them at your own risk, but you have been warned...
