I have had an amazing experience from start to finish with Morris Dibben, wholly due to Rose Cottrell. It has been the best experience with an Estate Agent by a mile, Rose was extremely accommodating and communicative the whole way, even when I threw her a curveball! She dealt with everything professionally and thoroughly, and remained positive and kind throughout. I would absolutely use Morris Dibben Woolston again if I had the opportunity, and I feel confident and secure in my tenancy as I know Rose is always a phone call away. Morris Dibben were amazing when we were looking for somewhere to rent, really accomodating and helpful. Emily and Rose made our lettings process really easy and helped us with the process, they even took the time to check in on us to make sure the move went ok and smooth. Working with he lettings team was great! Even the maintenance process is nice and simple, log a call online and is dealt with very quickly! I would highly recommend Morris Dibben.

I really couldn't recommend Morris Dibben enough. In particular, their Lettings Negotiator Rose Cottrell. As everyone knows, renting is very hard at the moment and we had been let down by a lot of other estate agents who had just no care for customers. Rose was extremely helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help us find a property and she did! I am extremely grateful for her help and from the reviews, many other people are too. The whole renting process with Morris Dibben was incredibly efficient, quick and professional, we were updated by Rose consistently and she was always there to answer any questions. She really took the stress out of moving, and we couldn't be more thankful to her and Morris Dibben. Highly recommend and grateful for the service

I was very impressed with Rose's professional services and tremendous help throughout the process of finding a lovely place for my family. Rose is very friendly and helpful. Very unprofessional with communication

Very unprofessional with communication, one staff member Daisy B. was very rude on the phone, didn’t care, was abrupt and dismissive. Throughout the whole process she didn’t even care and I sensed some form of discrimination and unfair process. They can do better but it seems like from other reviews this is an ongoing and well established pattern of behaviour with this particular agency. I would avoid at all cost!

Extremely helpful people! There was a time issue with some of the paperwork and they really rushed it through for me. They were helping me every step of the way and they even managed to have me sign some paperwork in a Countrywide letting agency back home (North Wales) before I moved. Alison and Ian are absolutely wonderful at what they do and they really try to make it as smooth a move as possible for you. I would 100% recommend them if you're moving to the area.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the new Branch Manager, Ian Trickett who was very professional, courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I believe he has many years' experience behind him. We had to rent out our home in Bitterne and the first family that viewed the house moved in a couple of days ago. A very good match and a lovely family. I was assured by Lorena. She was friendly and helpfull and answered my questions. The process went smooth. I had an offer in August 24 and I got my keys in November 24. We changed solicitors because they did not work with my mortgage provider and I was recommended to conveyencing direct who did not have good reviews but ended up being the best decision as they handled my sale very smoothly. I would highly recommend Morris Dibben based on the professional and friendly services I received from them.
