Hi Irene, rent takes 3 working days to clear from one account to another, as this rent was received on the evening of the 7th it should be with you by the 9th. I was supposed to see Sam at 5pm on Friday evening, showing me a 2 bedroom flat, but unfortunately I forgot the time and noticed at 6pm. Viewing the flat was very important for me as I had to make some plans by Monday and without viewing the flat it was impossible. I called Sam and apologised for missing the appointment. Despite finishing her working hours she kindly came and showed me the flat. Furthermore, during the process of renting the flat she has been always very modest, helpfull and responding emails promptly. I wish her best of luck in the future.

Very easy to book a viewing, Nice quick and efficient service, we didn't have much contact with the actual Southampton branch itself except when we picked up our keys but the few staff in there were very friendly and knew how to maintain a relaxed friendly environment.Shout out must go to Sam who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, I must have sent her a billion emails with very silly questions but she took the patience to help us through this transition into our first home. very professional and friendly. 10/10 would use again (hopefully won't have to anytime soon, no offence!!!)

Martin and Co. is organised and business like; promptly sending documents, regularly carrying out inspections and providing a clear report (with photos) containing repair recommendations. The property manager I deal with, has been very helpful in organising repairs as well as liaising between landlord and tenant etc. However at times she needs a bit of follow up to deliver on information that I have requested.
