GoogleWell if I could give them 0 star I would but unfortunately there’s no option for what they deserve. Horrible service and lazy staff, they never answer the phone and communication is nonexistent at this company.

GoogleAvoid! Agency are scam artists in my opinion. Didn't turn up to arranged viewing which should have set alarm bells ringing. When went with them, charged us £750 fees over the year and took 4 months to give us any deposit back (not the full amount, of course!). They only follow the terms in their contract when it suits them.Also changed the dates in the contract at the last moment without telling us resulting in extra rent for them. Beware!

GoogleAs other people as stated avoid to rent with this overrated company. They will charge you a lot when entering to the property and, when you leave, they will try to take as much money from your deposit as they can, trying to find bad excuses. Awful experience! And by the way, of you have something that need fixing in the property, be ready to wait for months!as they wont pay attention to you.

GoogleI would not give 1 star for Martin &Co. But i don't have any choice. Most unprofessional letting agency i ever seen. They lied about each and every points.i have all written mails with require evidences. Harassed me for rent and to change for every faulty thing. They forced me to complain against them.
We suggest you refer to the Property Ombudsman's report that states the opposite to what you claim.

I was exposed to the coronavirus at a very high extent. I cared for somebody for months, who was in a mechanically induced coma because of the virus. As a consequence, I was hospitalized with the suspicion of heart attack, and was in the covid red zone being exposed to all these things that are happening there now.
So glad to hear the positive experience received by our staff, we wish you all the very best for the future and your health and thank you for being such an helpful and understanding tenant.
