GoogleThe Lettings team at Mann have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have kept us up to date with our application, been incredibly polite and informative, but they have also made the whole process fun. Such a lovely group of people. I am very pleased that they are managing the house that we have rented as I know that we will be well looked after.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Mann estate agents in Locks Heath as needed to rent a property and found the service very friendly and helpful. Luckily for us the first house we viewed was the one we both wonted and moved in one month later and can’t thank Mr Lee Rawson from the Locks Heath branch enough for all the work he personally put into making this happen for us and must also add the landlady is a very nice and helpful person so we couldn’t be happier and it’s all down to Mr Lee Rawson / Mann & Co Locks Heath Regards Gino & Theresa

They found an excellent tenant for me within a relatively short space of time and maintained regular contact with me throughout the process. Enthusiastic, competitive and very professional. I would highly recommend Dan and the Mann office in Locks Heath to any prospective landlords and tenants.

GoogleWe were looking for family house to let. We visited many properties but all the agents were in hurry or did not care much. We saw the property from Mann Lettings we immediately felt the difference. Mann Lettings are highly professional, they really know their business.
