Dan, Nicole and Lee have been extremely proactive and helpful throughout, securing a number of viewings within a very short time period. In just two weeks the property is let and referencing checks completed. The communication so far has been excellent, queries are responded to quickly and thoroughly.

As we do not live in the area, we have had to rely on you for everything, and you have always been there for us. Dan arranged his diary to meet us on our infrequent visits to the house, and he along with Charlotte and Nicole kept us updated throughout via email and phone calls, checking that our wishes and decisions were adhered to.
