I would like to personally thank Rachel Clark and Mark for being amazing! My partner and I have just purchased our first property via leaders. We first saw the property at the start of 2018, we fell in love from the moment we saw it and I have to say Mark was brilliant, answered all of questions which I can assure you there was hundreds. He didn’t over sell us or push us...he didn’t have to because we had already decided it was the one! We went home to think and made our first offer. The first process was fast and dealt with well. Unfortunately as always things take there time but it was worth the wait. There was some minor set backs which happen always but Rachel and mark were by our side and pushed every corner to get us in here as quickly as possible. We are now 3 weeks into owning our flat and we love it. Thank you mark, Rachel and the team at leaders for all your help! Fantastic service, would recommend to anyone!

We have recently purchased a property that was advertised by Leaders, the service we have received so far from Megan and Jules has been great. When we called requesting to view the property Megan provided us with all of the details we required, doing everything she could to help before passing us on to the sales team where we were then put in contact with Jules who has been a great help, as well as the sales progression team. We cannot fault the service that has been provided!

I never thought of leaders as a selling agent, but my property was sold with in 4 weeks and I received nothing but excellent service from start to finish. Great communication and response time, nothing was too much trouble. Viewings were fitted in with our family life and work commitments, which made things very easy. I dealt specifically with Mark Kimber and Rachael Clark and could not be happier with the two of them. Our buyers were a little difficult at times (as I am sure we were too) which caused us some frustration, but Rachael and Mark dealt with it perfectly. No complaints at all, would use again and highly recommend. Thank you both for your service, patience, understanding and a smooth journey to completion!! 😊

Not only that, but she has done so with kindness and friendliness that I've never experienced at an estate agent (after you've signed a contract) before! I must say it was my first time renting and I was let down very badly, the initial viewing was done and I was told the majority of the faults will be sorted out, a deep cleaning will be done so many other things... nothing had been done I have to pay £100 to a cleaning company to clean the flat out for me. Broken kitchen draws and leaks, bathroom was nasty. To them it's all about the money. I had been paying sky subscription for a whole year and the sad part is I never got to use it. Going back to the agency they are very slow on response, any request you make and to get a reply back from them you might aswell go to sleep. Terrible experience I will never ever go back to them, if you want clean and tidy response and straight forward these are not the people you want to go to. The only person I would say was a little help was Ben.
