As a first time tenant Leaders have made the process of renting, as stress free as possible. I have never had any major problems with the property I am renting, but when something did pop up, my property manager Sophie always resolved it, quickly promptly and professionally. She has always kept me in the loop with any updates and has been very quick to respond to any of my queries. Can't ask for more.

I have rented a property under Leaders and I can say they are very accommodating, responsive and helpful with the process in renting a property. I have multiple requests but they were able to accommodate and help me with those. I was in contact particularly with Ash and he is very responsive and attentive to my needs. All you have to do is look at the other reviews to get an idea of this place. You can't ever get hold of anyone at this company , and all this we strive for excellence copy and paste rubbish just adds insult to injury. They don't take care of their properties, their tenants or landlords . A few tenants have come and gone and they send over a cleaner who actually doesn't clean and stole some of my cleaning chemicals . This company is just another example of why people are desperate for private landlords . They give dodgy used car salesman vibes, avoid.

She has been brilliant since taking over our property from the prior property manager who I will not name, who has let us down to the point we have no more faith in Leaders.
