GoogleWhile I can't say using Leaders as a letting agent has been frustration free (I think it would be difficult to find an agent that was wholly such), they are very attentive, reasonably priced, and have shown a thoroughness that some others did not. On the occasions we have differed about the way something is/should be done, they've always done what they can to resolve.

GoogleI've been renting for last year via Leaders and also used to rent with them one year before - I think their choice of properties is the best.All documents are sent via webportal which I find quite convenient. On the negative side, it took long time to resolve some issue we had back in December, we had to remind about our problem many times.

GoogleThis is one of the worst estate agents around. They will tell you anything to get you to rent a place. You will always need to chase them in order to get anything done, and they are also unprofessional in the way they conduct business.
