Absolutely awful, have been trying to get repairs done in my flat rented through Leaders for over a year and they have just been giving us excuses and postponing the repairs. I'm a landlord. Quite the most useless operation I have ever come across. Their record keeping, communication, diligence and attentiveness are absolutely appalling. We're faced with a huge bill for evicting a delinquent tenant because Leaders didn't follow proper procedure. It's led to a lot of stress for my wife and I. Avoid!

While I can't say using Leaders as a letting agent has been frustration free (I think it would be difficult to find an agent that was wholly such), they are very attentive, reasonably priced, and have shown a thoroughness that some others did not.
