GooglePoor service. Trusted with a key to take pictures of the house, then showed clients around the house and without permission and without the property even being on the market. Rang to discuss and complain and got told we would get a call back before the end of the day. No phone call made and then voicemail reached to say office was closed. It's a shame as this was the preferred option as a local independent agents. Perhaps just an oversight on their behalf, however left a bitter taste for us.

GoogleMy Waterside property has been let through Hythe & Waterside Estate & Lettings Agents ("HWELA") since 2006. HWELA has always found excellent tenants and at the time of writing I have only had void period lasting circa 1 month or so. I have found HWELA to be very efficient and competent in dealing with my property and my tenants. It has a broad team who I have found to be professional and businesslike. I would not have any hesitation in recommending HWELA to other landlords.

Elizabeth, The agent I dealt with stayed in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the process and was always available to answer any questions. I recently bought a house to rent out from Hythe and Waterside and they are now fully managing the property. I was very impressed with the service during the purchase. The sales team certainly went the extra mile to make sure everything went through as smoothly as possible. I am also very impressed with the lettings team.
