GoogleThe service was exemplary in most parts, and the only reason that this is not 5 star was some dissatisfaction with the inspections. I believe that this may be a training need, but in our experience the staff that have carried out the inspections tend to sometimes talk down to you as if you have never had a house before. I realise that there are good tenants and bad, but maybe some background research?

Good after sales service - had used an online estate agent previously but badly let down with the negotiations after the actual 'sale' had been made - something that most people aren't aware of when selling as they think it is getting the buyer in the first place as being the issue, not the need to keep all parties informed and happy as the sale progresses towards its conclusion.

Not only have Hythe and Waterside provided an excellent and totally reliable service to us and our tenants for over 12 years, nearly half of which we have been abroad, but they also assisted us with the refurbishment and sale of another property that we needed help with.The quality of communication and service is very high. Tenant's concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently and repairs organised carefully and well.

Fantastic lettings and sales team. Over the last 8 years the H&W team have gone beyond what was required of them. They have negotiated many tricky lettings and now the final sale of my property. It was a complicated multi armed chain and the team constantly kept me informed. Provided excellent feedback and kept the chain together against all the odds. Can’t recommend them enough.
