My moving process with Hythe and waterside was smooth sailing. From viewing the property to moving in. Elizabeth, The agent I dealt with stayed in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the process and was always available to answer any questions. Everything I needed to do was simple and self explanatory. I never felt like I was being a burden. Thanks for your help guys much appreciated.

I recently bought a house to rent out from Hythe and Waterside and they are now fully managing the property. I was very impressed with the service during the purchase. The sales team certainly went the extra mile to make sure everything went through as smoothly as possible. I am also very impressed with the lettings team. They are extremely professional and you always get a friendly welcome when visiting the office.

GoogleThe service was exemplary in most parts, and the only reason that this is not 5 star was some dissatisfaction with the inspections. I believe that this may be a training need, but in our experience the staff that have carried out the inspections tend to sometimes talk down to you as if you have never had a house before. I realise that there are good tenants and bad, but maybe some background research?

Actually 4.5 H&W and very nearly 5 if only you weren't so expensive with the various fees.
