GoogleI've just re-let my property through Fox&Sons in Bitterne. Jess and Lauren were really good - professional, cooperative, helpful. Having dealt with letting agents before, this isn't to be taken for granted! I was keen to find just the right tenants, and they continued to work hard on finding tenants after I turned down one group. They kept me well informed of what was going on throughout. Very pleased with them.

GoogleIf the option to give no stars were available, that would be too generous! Possibly the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with. Lies from the start and an inability to communicate at a basic level. Tammy has been totally useless and has shown unprofessional behaviour on more than one occasion. I would think twice before using this agent!

GoogleHad a viewing booked to purchase a house. They called me to say seller had cancelled. I know the seller and they had not cancelled. The estate agents called them to say I had cancelled. Very sketchy company NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM CHRIS WAS A WASTE OF SPACE

GoogleWhat can I say disappointing comes to mind ……..yes they got a good price for my flat but thats where it ended , Chris the manager at Bitterne branch did exactly what he said he would do with the price. But then it was all down hill no communication ,no one had any idea what was going on thats assuming they picked up the phones to you . Always started a conversation with umm just hold on I will check . And then I will get some one to call you back tomorrow as we can’t get hold of solicitor (strange Robinson Reade could ) that’s who I purchased through. Then when the going got tuff at the end near to completion when we had an issue to sort out I didn’t hear from them at all . And it was down to The staff at Robinson Reade to come in take control and sort it out .. even down to the exchange there were issues but no sign of Fox &Sons again the lovely staff and Robinson Reade sorted it. Then we finally exchanged and guess what they again were late to the party with a sad recorded message saying congratulations. What can I say very disappointing.

GoogleRecently completed a property purchase. Great service from Corrin(sales team) who is very helpful & friendly, she recommended the free 'help to buy' service which we were glad that we signed up for. We viewed many properties with Corrin, she is sweet natured, always on time, patient, did not rush us through viewings, took our questions away and got back with whatever information she could gather. For each property we got at least 30 minutes of viewings and once our offer was accepted, request for a longer second viewing was also accommodated. Chris did a fantastic job of liaising with the Seller when there were delays (seller's side) and issues that could have caused the transaction to fall through. One area of improvement for F&S team would be office communication, It was difficult at times to get through to someone for receiving updates. However, looking at how crazy the market was in summer 2022, we understand some delays there. Overall a good experience, would go back for any future property transaction and recommend this office at Fox & Sons Bitterne to friends.
