GoogleI feel this estate agent has treated myself and family with complete and utter disrespect. We have had an offer on a new home since January and have yet to move in because this agent have dragged their feet every step of the way. We have no chain, and we’re told at the very beginning that a quick sale was possible. Here we are, still waiting 5 months on for minor paperwork, chasing all the time with no communication from them. If this is how they treat clients it’s a wonder anyone uses them as an agent. They have caused heartache and disappointment every step of the way. .

GoogleThis is the worst estate agent we have ever dealt with. They are supposed to be selling our property. The photos were awful, the description and floorplan incorrect. The last time they called was 2nd April, not heard from them since. They have only managed 2 viewings since 18th February. They are supposed to be marketing our property until the end of May and yet haven't seen or spoken to Gary who since he signed us up in February. Corin makes out she's going to call back but never does and as for the branch manager. Not sure Chris even exists. I would not recommend them to anybody, buying or selling.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through this agent and whilst I can’t say the service I received was bad when I did actually get to speak with them, their general lack of communication was atrocious. They hardly ever answered their phones so I’d leave messages asking them to call me back which they never did. I’d have to keep calling until such time someone would actually pick up the call. Emailing them also seems to be futile too. I have recently emailed them twice asking them to contact me but nothing. Seems to me they got the sale they wanted and now aren’t interested. I would never trust them to sell a property for me!

GoogleAbsolutely shocking customer service or lack of. No communication and constant lies are unacceptable. Stay away as sellers or buyers. The fact you don’t recognize my name speaks for itself. However I do appreciate the quickest ever response I had from yourselves.
