They have good property selection but my experience in customer communication is that they are not professional, or I would say even to the extent of being rude. I hope they offer their customer services some training on how to speak and treat customers with more respect, and don't have the attitude of being distrustful and disbelieving of what the customer says as I had today with my viewing booking call.

Gary in the Bitterne Branch was new to the job when we had our first viewing with Fox and Sons leggings. There were complications along the way with our tenancy journey and he was on the phone constantly trying to sort it out for us. We knew exactly what was going on because he always kept us informed. Myself and my partner viewed a property yesterday with Tammy from Fox and Sons and we both said to each other as soon as we left the property that she was the best estate agent we have had show us around a property. Tammy was not pushy, very polite and very bubbly. Just what you need when you are buying your first property. We have put an offer in on a property and all the staff so far at Fox & Sons have been very polite and helpful.

Jessica and Lauren (Fox & Sons Bitterne, Southampton) helped my husband, my children and I when we were looking for a private rental property last year. Lauren took us around the initial viewings. She was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, as we had many questions. We had a few particular requests, so she and Jessica promptly went back to the landlord with our questions. We found the perfect home for our family and the costs, dates and processes were explained to us very clearly. We were regularly kept updated via emails and phone calls throughout the proceedings. If we needed to pop into the office for any reason they were always friendly and welcoming no matter how busy they were. The handover process was simple and we received an informative welcome pack, plus a welcome card. We now have a lovely family home, beautifully decorated and close to the schools, thanks to Lauren and Jessica's hard work, and we are extremely grateful.

We can't thank Fox and Sons enough for their amazing support and knowledge with helping us move in to our first home! They always made thereselves very approachable to us and were easy to contact when we needed to speak to them. In particular Grant was a brilliant help to us, he made us really feel at ease and made us feel like we didn't have to worry about anything as he took a lot of the workload off of us. Having dealt with letting agents before, this isn't to be taken for granted!
