GoogleWe used this branch to sell our house last year and also to deal with our purchase. Communication could have been better as some emails and phone calls were not answered. Nevertheless, after a bad experience with a potential Gazundering Chris and his team found the right buyer for our house which sold for the price which we had hoped for and which was also above the asking price.

Google5 stars are for Corrin Young Only When Corrin Young got involved in the sale of this house, things have moved extremely well. She was extremely dedicated to getting this across the line, after a very difficult 9 months of issues with Premier Property Lawyers, who were recommended by Foxs and Sons (Not By Corrin) I would recommend Corrin to anyone who uses Fox and Sons. Sadly I would not recommend Premier Property Lawyers and would suggest Fox and Sons do the same. Thank you Corrin for all your support in recent weeks - It is apprecaited

GoogleNot had a great experience with Fox and Sons Bitterne as prospective first time buyers - both from sales team and mortgage broker. This review has 2 stars so that they can have 1 star each - that's generous. In regard to sales team, will not name names but agent who dealt with our viewing was not the most professional and we felt alot like cattle, as did the prospective property seller presumably. While I'm not an expert on how estate agents should act, our experience with other local agents, in particular Marco Harris, were comparably better. In regard to mortgage broker team, again will not name names. I think we were likely seen as easy commission for them, we had limited communication and then when we went for a better deal with a more communicative broker, we received an email to say that our mortgage application with this broker would be rejected - this wasn't true at all... seemed like a scare tactic...! Overall, I wouldn't recommend based on our experienceNegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAfter agreeing on the advertised price I was later called the next day to add some amount to it which I asked is it for just for the first month and they said no that was what I will be paying which was different from advertised price to me that is not fair and different from scam and shady taking advantage on people's emotion and want.

GoogleWas helped by 'J'. Loved the way they have a really great personable and tried and trusted card system and not all techy. J was very helpful. He sadly on this occasion, was unable to help me but was never pushy, knew his stuff, and treated me with the utmost kindness even checking in with me after I had bought through another agent. I did have a finite ceiling but he did all he could. Fox and Sons' would be well advised to make sure they look after him, he is an asset

GoogleI'm a landlord who was looking to either sell or rent again, so I met both Jo and Abbey on separate occasions, to get the low down/ advice they had to offer. Both are very lovely and professional ladies. A pleasure to meet and discuss opportunities with. I went with letting again, so from then on, only dealt with Abbey. (Jo does sales only.) F&S found me a tenant instantly! Only took a day or two, which was brilliant. Abbey sorted out the process to get us to the point my tenant could get the keys and I had the deposit and rent and all went well. The gripes I have aren't major, but there's one or two just knocking my score down by a star.. Abbey is very difficult to get hold of, not a big problem for me, but a little frustrating. However, she's as helpful as she can be, when you do get hold of her. I didn't rate the professional photos as such, I'm afraid, (Sorry Abbey!) I didn't like the Standard tenancy agreement. It was too generic for me. I also didn't like the fact that the new tenant is offered a new utility supplier by default. Not my preference, but was done anyway. So despite the negatives, I would recommend F&S Bttn, especially in view of the rapid turnaround achieved for my property. Can't see how it could have been done any quicker!! GoogleI sold our house through Fox and Sons Bitterne and could not be happier with the experience. Jo was very knowledgeable and provided brilliant guidance when it came to choosing what price to market the house for. She also advised us of upcoming promotions and provided a competitive fee for selling. Although a seller's market at the moment, I had 19 viewings arranged for one day with a further 11 arranged for another. The feedback was amazing and we had an offer £10k over asking put forward. The buyer was managed well by Fox & Sons and Cliona was brilliant in answering any questions and chasing the process up. GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service. Never before have I had a Lettings agent that is so proactive and quick to respond. Katie has been amazing and I have never had to chase her for anything as everything is done so promptly. I wish all Lettings agencies were run like this. I would go so far as to say perfect service.

Google5 star experience with the Bitterne sales team on a recent property purchase. Really appreciate Jason and his team going out of their way in making this happen on time. We had lots of delays from the seller's solicitor slowing the process down but thanks to Jason we still somehow managed to stay on track. If it wasnt for Jason this could have easily dragged on for months more!

Magdalena was efficient, professional, and extremely friendly. GoogleThe team at Fox and Sons have been nothing but helpful from start to finish. This was my first house so I was new selling and they made me feel at ease. Jo came out to value the property in January 2019 and advised me the best route to go down. however the house didn't end up going on the market until June. Tammie come round and explained the process of selling and went through the contract and the photography package how the house will be advertised. They were all professional with viewings and made sure my cat didn’t get out and when we agreed an offer they helped us through what was needed to do. All of the staff are friendly and I had regular calls updating me throughout the whole process. I was also looking to purchase a house so they took me to view a few houses with them, although I didn’t find my prefect house with them, I did get to see what it was like viewing with them as well as selling. I never felt like I was a problem to the team! I really appreciate all the support over the past year and would highly recommend Jodie and the team.
