Excellent Service - a Buyers View

The service from Enfields was excellent from start to finish. Shaun Jordan was our contact and he was instrumental in getting (being polite) ambivalent solicitors on both sides to move to completion and he kept up the pressure on them to act. We were kept informed at every step and Shaun’s general advice and assistance was very helpful to us as the buyers. Many thanks Enfields - I have somewhat changed my view about Estate Agents.

Enfields went the extra mile

I am struggling to find the words to fully express my gratitude to Shaun and the team at Enfields for what they have done for me. Unfortunately I employed probably the worst solicitor in Southampton so Shaun and my buyers solicitor did most of the legal work for me and I never heard from the agent I was buying from during the whole process so Shaun sorted that out as well. I can honestly say that the move would never had happened if it were not for Shaun’s knowledge, experience and sheer hard work and I would not hesitate in recommending Enfields to anyone who wants to sell their property. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.

Great experience

Enfields were really helpful throughout the purchase of my first home. Communication was great, they always updated me with info from the seller and were really prompt in replying to my emails. Sam dealt with the beginning of the process and Shaun the rest of it until we completed. Both were really easy to talk to, helpful, polite and professional. Shaun was great at dealing with communication between the seller and myself, even through the problems and difficulties that came up with the solicitors. I would use Enfields again from my experience with them.

Agents to be trusted!

I recently bought a property through Enfields. Both Sam and Shaun were on the case from the beginning - taking the property off the market once the offer was accepted, and keeping an eye pro actively on proceedings. I had a previous a very poor experience with a Southampton agent, who acted unethically - borderline illegally, but felt assured from the start of this purchase that I could trust Enfields to act honestly. They would be my choice of agent if I was selling.

Very committed and professional

I recently sold one of my properties using Enfields Southampton. Although it was a long and slow process I was very happy with how professional Shaun was. He always kept me in the loop and up to date about what was going on and was very active in putting pressure on solicitors from both sides to get to completion. Estate Agents that are GODSENDS

Having moved from Scotland to Southampton recently my partner and I were new to the English buying system. Having an elusive lawyer(s) we learned quickly that unless we contacted Shaun our estate agent at Enfields nothing much happened. He took the time to explain things and he acted as intermediary between the two lawyers, sellers and ourselves. Without him I still believe we would be going through the buying process but today we went to pick up the keys to our new home. :) Thank you so much Shaun, Sam and the rest of the team for your professionalism, understanding and patience ...........but please if you have any influence change this God awful sysytem! A Driving Force In Our Difficult Chain

We have just exchanged in a long chain which up until the last moment looked to be an impossible task. I understand from our solicitor and other's in the chain that this has been a particularely difficult chain but thankfully we have the completion date which we hoped for. It has been our Seller's estate agent Enfields, specifically Shaun Jordan, who has been the driving force throughout. He has maintained a detailed oversight of the chain's issues and progress over the last month and been a crucial point of contact for us as well as the solicitors up and down the chain. Shaun's proactive approach has significantly eased the stress of our purchase and no doubt we wouldn't have exchanged contracts yet without him. Whenever Shaun has been unavailable for short periods (very rare), Sam Binnington has taken over the case and been an excellent second contact. Sam has been involved in the purchase from the viewing and was our main point of contact when making our offer and negotiating the price. This step involved quite a lot of conversation and Sam made this run smoothly with a very quick turn around of questions and offers. It has been invaluable to have two contacts at Enfield with knowledge of our purchase. We have found that Enfields have always been quick to reply, to chase others and to get back to us. Professional, friendly, genuine and a credit to Enfields

Last year I decided to purchase my first ever house. I had initially started my search (and made my first offer) with a very large, well established estate agent. I found them to be highly unprofessional and unapproachable, so decided to use someone else. I therefore decided to try and find (and purchase) my first house using Enfields. My first point of contact was Sam. Sam was SO approachable, friendly and professional and immediately made me feel at ease. I decided from that moment on that I would only use Enfields- all because of Sam. Being a first time buyer, initially everything was overwhelming for me and I felt like I knew nothing. Sam was so patient and understanding and he answered any questions I had and never made me feel uncomfortable. Sam was forever contacting me to ensure everything was ok, and to see how he could help me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sam and he really went above and beyond his role. There were several issues delaying my purchase, but along with Shaun, Sam kept me informed at all times and put me at ease. Every time I went into the estate agent in person, Sam would always stop what he was doing to come over to speak to me (even if I wasn't going to see him personally) - I think this says a lot about him! I cannot thank Sam enough. He is kind, caring, approachable, knowledgable, thoughtful, respectful, proactive, genuine, professional and a credit to Enfields. Approchable, considerate and helpful at all times

Shaun took charge over the purchase of my first ever property and from the very first contact with him, he made me feel at ease and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Our purchase took a lot longer than planned due to various issues with solicitors and the vendors' forward purchase. I was very close to pulling out of my purchase due to the issues and the lack of communication from both solicitors and the associated parties involved, However, thanks to Shaun being so understanding and proactive, he ensured calls were made and emails sent on a regular basis, always keeping me informed. Starting with the valuation and continuing through to viewings, offer and eventual exchange Will, Sam and Shaun couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. The valuation visit was informative, relaxed and helpful. and we were pleased with the photos taken to promote our property, and the speed with which it was advertised. We were always given plenty of warning prior to the visit of a prospective buyer so that we could make plans ahead. Feedback following visits was promptly given. Successful marketing of property in Southampton

Enfields Estate Agents have successfully helped me to market my flat in Southampton. Sam Binnington a Sales Negotiator with Enfields was assigned to market the property. Sam is an extremely personable individual and provided a highly professional and consciencious service during the marketing process. Sam's communications have been excellent and particularly so in respect of viewings when timings were always made to suit both the prospective buyer and tenants. Sam never failed to follow up with a viewing report. Due to the relatively quiet nature of the housing market the property took longer than anticipated to sell however Sam's enthusiam did not waiver. Sam was also helpful in suggesting different pricing strategies, using to good effect his knowledge of the local housing market. Sam was ably supported by other members of his team when required due to periods of absence. I took comfort from the fact that other members of his team were well briefed during such times. Very Supportive and Helpful

Shaun Jordan has been really helpful during what turned out to be a rather long purchase (to do with paperwork, not the Estate Agency) He kept us up to date and liaised between all parties so we knew what was going on. I changed my selling agent to Enfields as my previous attempt at a sale fell through mostly I felt because of lack of thoroughness and contact on behalf of the agent. On moving to Enfields I have found them to be proactive with regard to viewings and feedback. Shaun is like a terrier and hangs onto the heals of anyone, purchaser or solicitor, who he sees as hindering the progression of the sale. Often there is little he can actually do if prospective purchasers delay but at least he gets to the truth of the matter. Shaun & Sam were extremely helpful in tough times

Enfields (Sam and esp.Shaun) were extremely helpful when dealing with unreliable and unresponsive law firm which was dealing with our case during purchase of our flat in Southampton.
