Great experience throughout the process

Simon and the team at Charters Southampton made everything very easy whilst buying a property through them. We'd looked at several houses before finding 'the one', and each time, the team were helpful, and very knowledgeable about the properties. After having our offer accepted, again the team were really supportive and helped us view the property again on a few occasions. They also helped ensure the process was exceptionally quick leading to an exchange in around 4 weeks.... I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Simply the best!

We have just sold our house through Charters (Bishop’s Waltham ) and I have to say that from start to finish they have been amazing! The fee was higher than some other agents we considered but the added value from the Sales progression team was impressive and worth the fee paid.Very professional service but also very friendly, helpful and caring. An extra special thanks to Andy, the Manager, Nathan in Sales, Stephen in Sales Progression and Jasper in Valuations. Trying to find a rental 300 miles away…

Trying to find a rental 300 miles away from where you are is a little stressful given how quickly the market is currently moving. Ash was very accommodating in arranging a virtual viewing, answered all my questions well and gave me plenty of advice as someone who hasn't rented for 7+ years.I was grateful that the same day as the viewing Ash advocated for me, and secured the property giving me peace of mind. We have been pretty blown away by our experience at Charters and that is very much down to the wonderful Michaela! My husband and I have recently decided to move to the countryside after years in London and we had quite a specific house in mind that we couldn’t quite find. We had a chat with Michaela and she found not just one but about 5 houses that suited us so well! We did a morning of viewings and Michaela made it so easy with meticulous planning before hand. She was not only incredibly knowledgable and professional, but also just incredibly friendly. It felt like she was really dedicated to finding us the perfect house. Fantastic estate agents, who care about finding the right property

Whilst we have not purchased or sold through Charters, we have done a significant amount of viewing of properties in the area, and it was very noticeable that their staff go above and beyond to help find the right property for us. Particular mention should be made of Nathan Ford, who time after time sent us properties which were far more in tune with our needs than other estate agents and often before they launched online. Nathan is excellent at listening to prospective buyers and it felt far more like a bespoke service because of the attention he gave. If we were in a position to be selling, I would definitely use Charters as I would be confident that their team would be able to find a suitable buyer.

Great experience with the team at the Avenue, Southampton. Arranging viewings was quick and easy and able to be arranged via email, which was really useful for us. Once we found the property that fitted us they made the offer process easy and dealt professionally with our slightly odd questions and requests! We dealt with Ned and Kevin, both were helpful and knowledgeable and responded to queries quickly.
