We have recently sold 2 houses with charters, one our residential property and one a let property. Storme, Natalie and Edward were managing the sales and have been exemplary throughout. Storme, working officially or not always checked in and updated throughout the process. She was always charming, professional, and communicated superbly. I’m not sure she ever had a day off!! She conducted a lot of the viewings and always provided honest and reliable feedback in a timely manner. Edward was exceptional is the sales matters communicating again very professionally and she efficiently always ensuring he had conducted all research prior to giving me appropriate feedback. If Storme was ever not available I spoke to Natalie who again I can’t fault, and knowledge about my properties and situation, ensured I was kept up to date throughout the process. Although not over the line yet I feel confident in charters and these people to ensure a smooth and efficient finish.

Estate Agents who listen

My whole flat-hunting experience was made easier with Charters Estate Agents. Ashley Lovell was particularly helpful in letting me know of a suitable apartment as soon as it came onto the market. Great service

Jane, Sarah and the team really looked after me. I felt supported which when you’re selling your home for what ever reason is paramount. Historically when I’ve sold homes I would often find myself having to do viewings in the evenings or weekends but Charters always took control of viewings which was a real plus for me and rare amongst the estate agent community.I would highly recommend the Alton, Hampshire branch. We changed our brief during the search and Lewis listened to us and was able to understand what we were looking for - resulting in us finding the right place after a very long search. Lewis was always polite, professional, friendly and helpful. He was also efficient and hardworking- arranging several viewings back to back at short notice on several occasions and always communicating with us to ensure we had all the information on planned viewings. As a Landlord living remotely on a Scottish island we rely heavily upon the Charters team to fully manage and organise all the elements surrounding our rental property in Winchester. After five years of a stable tenancy we found ourselves having to remarket the property To Let once again and complete all the necessary Check Out and Check In processes surrounding a new tenancy.Gary & Sarah in Winchester were quick, effective and efficient in marketing and finding new tenants.
